One platform for every side of the wrap business
Wrapbase connects dealerships, wrap shops, fleet owners, and installers — scheduling jobs, tracking installs, and moving money, in one place.
The challenge
Nobody could see the same job at the same time
The trade runs on text threads, spreadsheets, and chasing. A dealership needs eight vehicles wrapped, a shop needs crews, and an installer wants to get paid without invoicing three times.
What shipped
A live platform and an iOS app
Job scheduling and crew assignment, real-time status with photo documentation, integrated invoicing and automated installer payouts, an in-app warehouse for materials, and two-way ratings between shops and installers.
